Capacity-Building, Networking and Mentorships

We focus on youth organisation’s capacity building, networking and mentorship needs assessment. The department work closely with MOs and provide tailor-made capacity building programs to support on their programming, financial management, human resource management, resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation.

The department is to support in the establishment and development of strong community-based youth focused grass roots movements and organizations that are representative and responsive to youth interests and needs.

As an Umbrella organization, SONYO coordinates capacity building, and information sharing among the members to support in meeting the diverse needs of youth represented the MOs through mentorship and exchange learning processes.
